I’m a Product and UX Designer with 5+ years of experience across government, financial services, healthcare, education and startup environments.
My work spans the full product design process — from user research, journey mapping and problem definition through to interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, high-fidelity UI and scalable design systems.
I’ve worked on complex enterprise platforms, customer-facing banking experiences, healthcare products and university systems, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, business analysts, researchers and stakeholders.
I’m particularly interested in turning complex workflows and research findings into accessible, thoughtful digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
